Abstract

Since 1999-2002 Indonesian Constitution of 1945 was amanded with 75 articles amandment. The significant amandment of UUD 1945 one of them is to perfecting of Indonesian government system between presidential and parliamentary system. After the first until Fourth amandment, we can see that amandment of UUD 1945 there are more articles to indicate Indonesian government is presidential system.
This article according to catch the law policy of amandment of UUD 1945, especially to government system between presidential and parliamentary system.
