Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji peran digital culture dalam memediasi dampak digital leadership terhadap organizational performance. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 67 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. SmartPLS 4.0 digunakan sebagai alat analisis data. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa digital leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap digital culture, digital culture berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational performance, digital leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational performance, digital culture berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational performance dan digital culture terbukti memediasi pengaruh tersebut secara parsial.
