Abstract
In the era of technology and information in Indonesia, it is developing more rapidly with the presence of the internet, the presence of the internet has made some people have a positive influence on their daily lives and the internet has even influenced society in various aspects of life. The Public Relations strategy in utilizing Instagram as a medium for information and education has been widely used by other practitioners in Indonesia such as in government and non-government institutions, Instagram BNN Kabupaten Kuningan Regency has changed the performance it carries out, the work carried out will feel easier with the presence of information communication technology, namely media. social. This research aims to find out more about how to plan digital public relations communications through the social media Instagram.
Data collection techniques use descriptive qualitative with interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data display, verification and conclusions. Results of research regarding the digital public relations strategy of BNN Kabupaten Kuningan Regency in utilizing Instagram as an educational and information medium. The aim is to find out the analysis of the digital public relations strategy of BNN Kuningan Regency.
The results of this research are that at the share stage there was still something less than optimal that was done by BNN Kabupaten Kuningan's public relations when participating in digital outreach and outreach activities, then at the optimize stage public relations was quite optimal for media screening and what was being discussed by the public. then for the management stage it was still not optimal at the real time stage during live streaming on BNN Kabupaten Kuningan's Instagram, then at the engage public relations stage BNN Kabupaten Kuningan was only slightly less than optimal in seeing the development of insight on BNN Kabupaten Kuningan's Instagram.
