Abstract

Saat ini, industri kosmetik di Indonesia berkembang pesat dengan persaingan yang semakin ketat. Wardah, sebagai merek salah satu halal ternama, terus berinovasi untuk mempertahankan daya saingnya di pasar. Faktor-faktor seperti citra merek (brand image), product quality, , marketing digital terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Wardah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 114 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Brand image, Product quality dan Marketing digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Wardah.
