Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation, on Employee Performance at the Environment and Forestry Service of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The population in the study was the total employees of the Environment and Forestry Service of the Special Region of Yogyakarta as many as 110 employees, while the sample obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires was 98 employees. The sampling technique is a saturated sample, so that all employees become research samples. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 20.
The partial results of this study show that Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Culture has no influence on Employee Performance while Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation Have a Significant Effect on Performance.
