Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Green Absorptive Capacity dan Green Market Orientation terhadap Green Competitive Advantage pada PT Natural Nusantara. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan kantor pusat PT Natural Nusantara. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan kantor pusat PT Natural Nusantara. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 49 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Penelitian ini diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green Absorptive Capacity berpengaruh positif terhadap Green Competitive Advantage, dan Green Market Orientation berpengaruh positif terhadap Green Competitive Advantage.
