Abstract

The purpose of this study is cost analysis of hemodialysis measure in patients with chronic kidney failure with BPJS Health at the Regional Publich Hospital Wates.
The kidney is one of the most important organs in the human body. Declining kidney health can result in a person having to undergo dialysis, one of which is with a hemodialysis machine. The incidence of Chronic Kidney Failure in Indonesia, which is increasing every year, has an impact on increasing public funds for the National Health Insurance. In the JKN program, HD financing rates for treating CKD are guaranteed, but a balance between costs and outcomes is needed. This study aims to analyze the cost of performing hemodialysis in CRF patients with BPJS Health insurance at the Wates Regional General Hospital.
This type of research is descriptive-qualitative. The research was conducted at Wates Hospital in September 2022. The subjects used were the Head of the finance department, the Head of the Hemodialysis Installation Section, the cashier, and the guarantee unit. Data collection techniques using documentation and interview guidelines
The total direct cost of CRF patients is Rp. 442,132, with a total indirect cost of Rp. 38,813,873,887.
