Abstract

School financial governance is an effort to increase accountability and transparency in financial management. The purpose of this program is to assist school financial reporting to stakeholders. The method used assists schools in making standardized accounting books on the cash receipts cycle and cash disbursements cycle. The method is done by identifying the financial processes in schools through requirements gathering, and then risk management analysis is carried out on the process. After that, a discussion of accounting procedures that took account of accountability and transparency was carried out. This program involves the school treasurer who has been keeping financial records and the school principal. The results obtained from this service are standard operating procedures for cash receipts cycles and cash disbursements cycles. The school will establish this procedure as a guide for financial managers of Muhammadiyah Sokonandi elementary school.
