Abstract

The safety of fresh food of plant origin in modern retail needs to be considered, by certifying good handling of fresh food of plant origin in Superindo's handling and facilities. In order to guarantee food safety for consumers, the Regional Food Safety Competent Authority (OKKPD) team of the Yogyakarta Special Region Agriculture and Food Security Office conducted field inspections. Based on the results of the inspection results presentation seminar in the context of issuing a Good Food Handling Certificate for Fresh Food of Plant Origin (SPPB-PSAT), the results show that Superindo Hos Cokro Aminoto Godean has not passed certification. Superindo Jalan Solo has not passed certification. Superindo Ngeksigondo has not passed certification. Furthermore, Superindo Jalan Bantul has not passed certification. Superindo Sultan Agung has not passed certification. And at Superindo XT Square passed the certification.
